If the goods that you have purchased do not fit and you want to return them, please contact our support team at firstname.lastname@example.org All goods to be returned within 14 days after receiving the goods. The product must be unused and packed in the original packaging / with original labels. You can return it by delivery service or bring it to our warehouse store Paasiku 2a, Tallinn. Postage costs of return shall not be refundable.
PROCEDURE FOR MAKING CLAIMS
Tavent Baltic OÜ Company shall be liable to the Customer for any discrepancy of the goods sold to the terms of the contract or for any defects, which will be discovered within two (2) years from the date of transfer of the goods to the Customer.
When discovering the defects, the Customer shall have the right to address to Tavent Baltic OÜ Company within two years, presenting the invoice, on the basis of which the payment was made.
If you have discovered any defects, please stop using the goods.
Tavent Baltic OÜ Company shall not be responsible for any defect caused by the fault of the Customer due to inappropriate storage, or as a result of inappropriate use.
When discovering a non-conformity or defects, please send details to the address email@example.com the claim that stipulates the customer's name, phone number, order number, and exact description of the defect or the non-conformity.
The claim of non-conformity or concerning the defects shall be presented within two months from the discovery of the non-conformity or the defect.
All claims shall be reviewed, and the Customer shall be contacted, as soon as possible, but no later than within 14 days from the receipt of the claim.
Money will be returned within 4 working days.
